When Adults Step Back,
Young People Step Forward.

Schools, families, coaches, and communities are asking the same urgent question:

How do we help young people develop greater confidence, responsibility, initiative, and ownership over their lives?

The Let Go event explores a powerful idea:

Youth grow stronger when adults create more space for them to lead, decide, struggle, contribute, and thrive.

Human development thrives less through constant supervision and other-directed instruction, and more through self-directed or co-designed action and reflection.

One idea, examined through five lenses.

A dynamic, day-long experience built around five compelling human development perspectives on what young people need to grow.
